Shortening the meetings “may take a little time,” he said with a laugh. “It’s a pattern people have in the meetings. I would like us to minimize our Q-and-A sessions with staff and be more crisp in presenting our positions.”
Cline grew up in the East Bay and began working as an intern and then a reporter at the San Leandro Times and Hayward Daily Review after graduating from Cal State’s East Bay campus.
